pandan matcha

  • 1.5 - 2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha (sifted)

  • 1 heaping tbs coconut condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup boiling water

  • pandan leaves (see photo below)

  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice

  • ice

  1. steep pandan leaves in boiling water for around 5 minutes

  2. remove the leaves and any rogue fibers and pour the infused water into your matcha in a separate bowl, whisk ferociously until frothy

  3. microwave condensed milk in a glass for 10 - 20 seconds to soften it. mix milk in and add glass

  4. pour matcha over the milk + enjoy
